Just because our dreams do not come true does not mean that we do not have a right to dream. We just need to dream in the right direction. We all dream about a better future and many times when the future does not turn out to be better or turns out to be worse – then we may start becoming reluctant to even dream. However, the capacity to dream is a gift given to us by God: by which we can envision a life beyond the humdrum life of this world and thereby connect with God – who can offer us the best possible life in this world and certainly in the world beyond this world.
