Encouraging others is not about enticing them with a better future. It is about enabling them to realize and release the potential that is entrapped within them. Sometimes when we are in a suboptimal situation: someone may promise us that you do this and your future will be better; and some people may allure and mislead and exploit us with such promises. To know who really wants to help us: we need to look at what their emphasis is; are they simply promising something external to us or are they enabling us to discover what is within us and to bring that out? Those our real well-wishers.
