Fold up the things that fold us up. In our lives, there are many things that we hold on to. Sometimes we hold on to unhealthy attachments that drag us down. But we also have healthy attachments. Say attachments to friends who are not just our well-wishers, but who are also wise and can translate those well-wishers into good advice and good guidance for and empowerment for healthy choices. And we have connection with God who can ultimately transform our life in the supremely positive way. It is important for us to fold up these things that can hold us up. That means that we fold them within our heart and hold them as the topmost priority and that those things will hold us up and not let us sink down amid life’s adversities.
