Just because some actions are inconsiderate does not necessarily mean that they are unwarranted or inappropriate. When someone behaves in a way that does not take into consideration the time, place and people around them, we may just dismiss that person as an ill-mannered person. However, it may be that they are going through something very serious at that time, and they need to express it at that particular time itself, even if that expression is disruptive. Therefore, rather than dismissing the inconsiderate to be unwarranted or ill-mannered or inappropriate, we need to be open to evaluate: “Why did this person behave in that way?” and thereafter come to a well-reasoned conclusion about their behaviour.
