While we are waiting for God’s blessings, God is waiting for us to become ready for His blessings. Many times a child may want a lot of money to spend on toys, and the child may wonder why the parents are not giving the pocket money – more and more. The parents’ entire wealth is meant to be inherited by their children, but the parents want their child to grow up.
Similarly, God wants to enrich us with wealth, wisdom, and treasures beyond what we can imagine. Yet, He wants us to grow up so that with all that enrichment, we don’t become infatuated, proud, and lost spiritually. Instead, He desires that we stay connected and become connected eternally with Him. So, rather than complaining about why God is keeping us waiting, we can keep working on growing spiritually and become ready for God’s blessings
