Some people take credit for things that they have not done and others take credit as a result of their planning things that have just happened by good fortune. Both indicate a mentality of pride and the absence of humility. When we plan something and it works out that way, it is natural for us to take credit. But when we plan five things and another set of five things work out right, due to which our plan succeeds, then it is important that we acknowledge our good fortune and thank God for that good fortune. If we take credit in those situations, then that indicates not only our ignorance but also our arrogance.
