How much we improve depends not on how much we know but on how much we are ready to say no. Many times, to improve ourselves, we have the knowledge that is required. But that knowledge needs to be translated into actions. And those actions center on our readiness to say no to the things that pull us towards those unhealthy behaviors. And that willingness to say no is what helps us to grow in the positive direction. So, rather than working on simply knowing more, we need to work on saying no more.
