How we are saying no, even when we aren’t saying no? Saying no is difficult, whether it is to some person who is asking us to do something, or it is some desire popping up within us, prompting us to do something. However, even though we may be reluctant to say no, we need to remember that we are always saying no to something or the other. If we are not saying no to our lower desires, then we are unknowingly saying no to our higher desires. If we are not saying no to less important things, we are unintentionally saying no to more important things. That’s why wisdom means the readiness to say no.
