Outreach, in any form, compels us to become conscious of something beyond ourselves. At times, we may think, “I want to speak the best possible lines. I have exactly what it takes to speak to persuade this person.” We express ourselves thoroughly, only to be met with a blank face. Other times, we sense that this person is not inclined to listen, unlikely to understand, deeming the conversation a waste of time.

However, there are instances when we utter something unexpected, and suddenly, it’s as if the lights go off in their head, and a change occurs in their eyes. It becomes apparent that something beyond us is at play, working through us. Thus, we witness the magic of Krishna at work, both in their hearts and in ours.
