Sharing wisdom effectively is not about convincing others that we are right. It is about connecting them with the Lord in their heart, who is right next to them and who is always right. If we think that it is we who are going to persuade others, then often their ego will come in the way.
But if we focus on prayerfully trying to connect them with the source of wisdom that is within them, then when that answer comes from within their own hearts, when they connect with wisdom within themselves through their devotion, then it is not just that they will make that one decision right, but they will learn to get their decision-making process right. And that is an enduring asset.
