Bg 12.15

yasmān nodvijate loko
lokān nodvijate ca yaḥ
harṣāmarṣa-bhayodvegair
mukto yaḥ sa ca me priyaḥ

Synonyms: 

yasmāt — from whom; na — never; udvijate — are agitated; lokaḥ — people; lokāt — from people; na — never; udvijate — is disturbed; ca — also; yaḥ — anyone who; harṣa — from happiness; amarṣa — distress; bhaya — fear; udvegaiḥ — and anxiety; muktaḥ — freed; yaḥ — who; saḥ — anyone; ca — also; me — to Me; priyaḥ — very dear.

Translation: 

He by whom no one is put into difficulty and who is not disturbed by anyone, who is equipoised in happiness and distress, fear and anxiety, is very dear to Me.

yasmān nodvijate loko, by whom people are not disturbed 

lokān nodvijate ca yaḥ, and who is not disturbed by people 

harṣāmarṣa-bhayodvegair, harṣā, happiness, āmarṣa is distress 

bhaya is fear 

udvega is anxiety

So these are the emotions that agitates the mind 

Devotees doesn’t allow such things to come between himself and Krishna 

mukto yaḥ sa ca me priyaḥ, a person who is Mukta from above.

We may wonder how does a devotee does not become agitated by anyone.

Sometimes we agitate people in preaching it is not that we should not preach we should have proper indentation and proper execution. e.g. a competent surgeon does surgery he doesn’t wanted to give pain but he wanted to heel but in the process patient gets pain. 

yasmān nodvijate loko so a devotee also don’t wanted to give pain to anyone but as an instrument in the hand of Lord and when sometime feedback is required to be given for betterment and correction a devotee can do so but the intention is not to harm and he does so without any enviousness.
