Synonyms:
ye — those who; tu — but; akṣaram — that which is beyond the perception of the senses; anirdeśyam — indefinite; avyaktam — unmanifested; paryupāsate — completely engage in worshiping; sarvatra–gam — all-pervading; acintyam — inconceivable; ca — also; kūṭa–stham — unchanging; acalam — immovable; dhruvam — fixed; sanniyamya — controlling; indriya–grāmam — all the senses; sarvatra — everywhere; sama–buddhayaḥ — equally disposed; te — they; prāpnuvanti — achieve; mām — Me; eva — certainly; sarva–bhūta–hite — for the welfare of all living entities; ratāḥ — engaged.
Translation:
But those who fully worship the unmanifested, that which lies beyond the perception of the senses, the all-pervading, inconceivable, unchanging, fixed and immovable – the impersonal conception of the Absolute Truth – by controlling the various senses and being equally disposed to everyone, such persons, engaged in the welfare of all, at last achieve Me.
Krishna has used the same words what Arjuna has used in his question akṣaram, avyaktaṁ to describe.
So in verse 3 He has talked about non-manifested aspect and then mentioned how that has to be worshiped in verse 4 sanniyamyendriya-grāmaṁ,
Niyamyendriya, one has to have strict rule and regulations, Indriya-grāmaṁ to control all the senses and sarvatra sama-buddhayaḥ, one tries to have equal vision towards everything, te prāpnuvanti mām eva, they will also obtain Me, eva, certainly. When? sarva-bhūta-hite ratāḥ.
So in this verse Krishna does not speak anything negative about these people, they will also obtain Me. But in next verse He will say it is not so easy.
Arjuna question was who is most united Krishna said those who fix his mind on Me are most united and others they will also come to Me but there is complex process that they have to follow, the process is basically centered on equanimity on equal vision towards everything and everyone.
