Bhagavad Gita 9.18
gatir bhartā prabhuḥ sākṣī nivāsaḥ śaraṇaṁ suhṛt
prabhavaḥ pralayaḥ sthānaṁ nidhānaṁ bījam avyayam
I am the goal, the sustainer, the master, the witness near,
The home ultimate, the object of surrender, the friend most dear,
The one from whom all beings come, whom they seek, in whom they survive,
The inexhaustible seed that enables all to thrive.
My dear Lord, when life brings me down on my knees, let me seek spiritual support in you by absorbing myself in remembering you.
O self-satisfied Lord, because you have made me, like everyone else, as a social being, I also need emotional support, especially in times of distress. When I seek the support of people who care, who understand, who help, let me seek it in ways that bring me closer to you, not further from you. Preferably, let me seek it in the association of those devoted to you, so that they reinforce my remembrance of you–while we together tackle life’s challenges practically.
O all-inclusive Lord, whenever I do need to seek help from anyone else, let me remember that it is you who extends that support through them—even if they are unaware of it.
O almighty Lord, whenever I feel burdened by life, and experience a subsequent unburdening through spiritual and emotional support, let me always see it as coming through you, manifesting through various channels. And let that judicious, scripturally informed vision strengthen my devotional connection with you.

09.18 I am the goal, the sustainer, the master, the witness, the abode, the refuge and the most dear friend. I am the creation and the annihilation, the basis of everything, the resting place and the eternal seed.
