In subsequent verse is talking about the all-pervading nature of the Absolute Truth which is Jneya. 

Bg 13.14

sarvataḥ pāṇi-pādaṁ tat
sarvato ’kṣi-śiro-mukham
sarvataḥ śrutimal loke
sarvam āvṛtya tiṣṭhati

Synonyms: 

sarvataḥ — everywhere; pāṇi — hands; pādam — legs; tat — that; sarvataḥ — everywhere; akṣi — eyes; śiraḥ — heads; mukham — faces; sarvataḥ — everywhere; śrutimat — having ears; loke — in the world; sarvam — everything; āvṛtya — covering; tiṣṭhati — exists.

Translation: 

Everywhere are His hands and legs, His eyes, heads and faces, and He has ears everywhere. In this way the Supersoul exists, pervading everything.

sarvam āvṛtya, means this AT pervades everywhere. What pervades in Brahman, impersonal AT. 

sarvataḥ pāṇi-pādaṁ tat, everywhere are His Hands and Legs

sarvato ’kṣi-śiro-mukham, everywhere are His Eyes, Head and Face

sarvataḥ śrutimal loke, And everywhere are the Ears

So generally we don’t talk about Brahman having Hands, Legs, Faces etc.

So this refers to the Paramatma aspect. This verse is referred to Advaita Acharya which Chaitanay Mahaprabhu quoted in Maha Prakash Lila. Advaita Acharya explains all verses on Pure Devotional Service. For this verse Lord Chaitanya Mahaprabhu comes in dream and explains that this verse refers to Parmatama aspect, for us Srila Prabhuopada has given in a very easy way so we understand that this is Paramatma. For Advaita Acharays He was having brilliant darshan of Lord and He has gain the understanding of this verse.

SP gave one more understanding of this verse: in the Brahma-saṁhitā (5.37) it is stated, goloka eva nivasaty akhilātma-bhūtaḥ: although He is always engaged in pastimes in His transcendental planet, He is all-pervading.

goloka eva nivasaty akhilātma-bhūtaḥ, nivasaty means one who resides in Goloka, but akhilātma-bhūto, that means akhila + atma, He is the indwelling Super Soul in all living beings that is not the position of the Jiva.
