So, now camera is moved back to Sanjaya speaking to Dhritarashtra, the camera moved from Kurushetra to Hastinapur and in Hastinapur what is reported is being described.

sanjaya uvāca

evam ukto hṛṣīkeśo

guḍākeśena bhārata

senayor ubhayor madhye

sthāpayitvā rathottamam

Word for word: 

sañjayaḥ uvāca — Sañjaya said; evam — thus; uktaḥ — addressed; hṛṣīkeśaḥ — Lord Kṛṣṇa; guḍākeśena — by Arjuna; bhārata — O descendant of Bharata; senayoḥ — of the armies; ubhayoḥ — both; madhye — in the midst; sthāpayitvā — placing; ratha–uttamam — the finest chariot.

Translation: 

Sanjaya said: O descendant of Bharata, having thus been addressed by Arjuna, Lord Kṛṣṇa drew up the fine chariot in the midst of the armies of both parties.

evam ukto hṛṣīkeśo, having spoken thus to Lord Hrishikesa

guḍākeśena bhārata, Arjuna’s name is guḍākeśena which has many meanings, one is that one who has conquered sleep, 

…Either in waking or in sleep, a devotee of the Lord can never be free from thinking of Kṛṣṇa’s name, form, qualities and pastimes. Thus a devotee of Kṛṣṇa can conquer both sleep and ignorance simply by thinking of Kṛṣṇa constantly. This is called Kṛṣṇa consciousness, or samādhi…

Hrishikesha: Objectively Krishna is the controller and subjectively we accept him as the controller.

I am speaking, so it seems that I have power to speak and it is my throat, but if I have a bad throat then I cannot speak, e.g. paralysis, Parkinson…so it means Krishna is the controller not I.

We have limited power that can be taken away any time.

Our perfection is to recognize the objective reality and subjectively recognize Krishna as the controller. You are my master and engage me in your service.

Hrisikena Hrisikesha sevanam Bhaktir uchyate.

Gudakesha => other meaning is Guda + K + Isha

Guda => Special Jagri which is very delicious

K => Lord Brahma

Isha => Lord Shiva

That lord who gives nectar like delicious Jagri to Brahma & Siva.

Brahma and Siva who are great controllers, when they see how their master has been controlled by love i.e. He became obedient charioteer (Chariot Driver) of His devotee Arjuna. Seeing this extraordinary love of Lord for His devotees, Brahma Ji and Siva Ji feel delighted, they feel touched and they are feeling as if they also got flow of nectar. guḍākeśena bhārata.

senayor ubhayor madhye

sthāpayitvā rathottamam

so Arjuna is repeating the request which He has repeated in verse 21. Please establish the chariot between the two armies.
