Things happen in nature at their own pace. A baby grows into a child and an adolescent and an adult according to the pace of nature. Just because the mother works over time doesn’t mean the child will grow faster. Unfortunately, this is what we expect in our inner world when we expect our childlike mind to change rapidly. Sometimes we become convinced that a particular behavior of the mind is wrong and we want to change it and we may work overtime to change it. But the change of the mind’s conditionings takes time and we need to be patient and persistent.
