Dwelling on our fears makes us a worrier; dwelling on how to deal with our fears makes us a warrior—be a warrior, not a worrier. In life, there will always be things that cause fear. We can’t control what happens in the outer world, but we can control where our thoughts go when faced with those fear-inducing situations. If we only dwell on the things that cause fear, it will send our minds into a chronic spiral of worrying. However, if we focus on how to address those fears, we can analyze, strategize, and grow, thus becoming inner warriors—spiritual warriors.
