When something terrible happens,

do you ever wonder—

Did God really want this to happen?

 

Nothing happens outside his loving plan.

Every event is filtered

through his divine frame of permission—

as the Bhagavad Gita (13.23) reminds us.

 

But that doesn’t mean

everything that happens

is his wish.

We all have free will—

and sometimes we misuse it,

doing things he never wished we’d do.

 

Yet no action—ours or others’—

can ever be big enough

to throw us out of God’s plan.

 

So let’s stay accepting

of what has happened,

and keep aspiring

to move closer to him through it.

 

In time, we’ll see

how his expert plan

turns what once seemed bad

into something beautifully good.
