sarvatrāvasthito dehe
tathātmā nopalipyate

Translation:
The sky, due to its subtle nature, does not mix with anything, although it is all-pervading. Similarly, the soul situated in Brahman vision does not mix with the body, though situated in that body.
yathā sarva-gataṁ saukṣmyād, what is sarva-gataṁ it is Akash ether, is existing everywhere
ākāśaṁ nopalipyate, the ether is present everywhere but it is nopalipyate it is not entangled it always remains transcendental
sarvatrāvasthito dehe, similarly the soul is situated in different kinds of body
tathātmā nopalipyate, the atma will not become entangled
so a soul is situated in different bodies like elephant, child etc. but it is not effected. It is transcendental. So this is in terms of not being entangled.
