Bg 13.19

iti kṣetraṁ tathā jñānaṁ
jñeyaṁ coktaṁ samāsataḥ
mad-bhakta etad vijñāya
mad-bhāvāyopapadyate

Synonyms:

iti — thus; kṣetram — the field of activities (the body); tathā — also; jñānam — knowledge; jñeyam — the knowable; ca — also; uktam — described; samāsataḥ — in summary; matbhaktaḥ — My devotee; etat — all this; vijñāya — after understanding; matbhāvāya — to My nature; upapadyate — attains.

Translation:

Thus the field of activities [the body], knowledge and the knowable have been summarily described by Me. Only My devotees can understand this thoroughly and thus attain to My nature.

iti kṣetraṁ tathā jñānaṁ, So Krishna is saying I told you about Kshetra, Jyana, jñeya and of course Krishna has talked about Kshetra-jna also but that was very brief,  about knowledge

jñeyaṁ coktaṁ samāsataḥ, in summary I have described it to you

But who can understand this? mad-bhakta etad vijñāya

So even in the heart of Jyana section what Krishna is telling over here that one can know this knowledge by Bhakti not just by mental speculation or intellectual speculation by Bhakti, etad vijñāya

And when one understand it mad-bhāvāyopapadyate, one will attain mad bhava, one attains one’s eternal spiritual nature actually Krishna’s nature which means you will attain spiritual level of existence will become liberated.

So Bhakti has come two times in this chapter

First it came in Jyana section itself in 8-12

mayi cānanya-yogena
bhaktir avyabhicāriṇī

and second it come mad-bhakta etad vijñāya

Who can understand this? My Bhakta can understand this. So others cannot understand this. Which means even if one is practicing Jyana one has to include Sadhana in it. And if one focuses on cultivating Bhakti itself the Jyana will automatically come. By steady consistent practice it will come.
