Translation:
The Supreme Personality of Godhead said: Those who fix their minds on My personal form and are always engaged in worshiping Me with great and transcendental faith are considered by Me to be most perfect.
Krishna has used the same words what Arjuna has used in his question
In question in 12.1 => bhaktās tvāṁ paryupāsate
While answering in 12.2 => nitya-yuktā upāsate
So Krishna replied is establishing worshiping personal aspect very explicitly. So Krishna replies in such a way which removes all ambiguities without any interpretation.
śraddhayā parayopetās, their fiath is transcendental
Mayavadi has idea that they have to fix mind on a form till they become transcendental after that they can leave the form and go to formless but it is not true What Lord has said is śraddhayā parayopetās, so with transcendental faith means even when we become transcendental we have to fix mind on Krishna only.
One may say that there is no word like Rupa is used which talks about personal form but Krishna has used the word Mam and mayy, and there is no impersonal light is speaking to Arjuna it is Krishna speaking so Mam means Krishna Himself.
