Bg 10.30

prahlādaś cāsmi daityānāṁ
kālaḥ kalayatām aham
mṛgāṇāṁ ca mṛgendro ’haṁ
vainateyaś ca pakṣiṇām

Word for word: 

prahlādaḥ — Prahlāda; ca — also; asmi — I am; daityānām — of the demons; kālaḥ — time; kalayatām — of subduers; aham — I am; mṛgāṇām — of animals; ca — and; mṛga–indraḥ — the lion; aham — I am; vainateyaḥ— Garuḍa; ca — also; pakṣiṇām — of birds.

Translation: 

Among the Daitya demons I am the devoted Prahlāda, among subduers I am time, among beasts I am the lion, and among birds I am Garuḍa.

 

prahlādaś cāsmi daityānāṁ, Adityas and Daityas, Kasyam muni has two wife’s Aditi and Diti, so sons of Diti are called Daityas sons of Aditi is called Adityas, Adiyas are called gods and daityas are called demons, so actually they are related they are step brothers but their natures are opposite, Vishnu Bhaktas ato devah asuras tad viparyahah, those are devoted to Vishnu are Bhaktas and opposite to them are asuras, 

prahlādaś cāsmi daityānāṁ, normally daityas are inimical to Vishnu but among Daityas very special person is Prahlad, Prahlad may not seem to have physical power but he has enormous spiritual power so much so that Heranyakaspu who has great physical power could do nothing against him, 

kālaḥ kalayatām aham, among subdues I am time, in this world people may refuge to subdue anyone but time subdues everyone, time makes beautiful person ugly, strong person weak, healthy person sick, active people to passive, living to dead, time changes everything in this world, and nobody can resist time. Time will conquer even the greatest conqueror in this world. 

mṛgāṇāṁ ca mṛgendro ’haṁ, mṛgāṇāṁ means animals, mṛgendro is lion, Lion has majesty and ferocity which is extraordinary, so Krishna says among the animals I am Lion.
